Conclusion

As you can see, a lot of different minerals have similar if not the same deficiency and excess symptoms.

To compound the technical part of understanding your mineral levels, lots of different minerals have an effect on each other. Some strengthen each other and some weaken each other, and if there are heavy metals this adds another layer on understanding what exactly a client really needs.

Can You Take To Many Mineral Supplements ?

Too many people think that there can be no harm taking mineral supplements, and the worse that can happen is that you just pee them out and waste your money. Yet I would disagree with this, maybe if someone is in good health and they take a multivitamin and mineral this can help them. Yet if someone has a health condition it may make things worse.

Below is an example of the first page of a 1o page Mineral Report that we offer our clients .With this information, we can give our clients a 3 Month plan to optimize their Mineral levels.

How Can I get A Mineral Report ?

All you need to get a mineral report is a small hair sample , that is sent of to a lab. We can do this for you at The Alchemy Room, or we can post you the form to fill out with the hair sample envelope.
